Here's how:

1. Anamnesis


At the beginning of our running analysis, we'll gather your running history. We want to know what brings you to us and where we want to go together with you.

2. Data collection on the treadmill


During the running analysis, we record your movements precisely on video. This gives us an accurate picture of your running style.

3. Discussion of the video analysis


You'll receive a detailed analysis of your running technique. We'll show you your movement patterns and potential weaknesses in your running style.

4. Setting your goals


After the analysis, it's all about the most important thing: you and your running goals.

Together we will plan your running coaching to suit you.

5. Personal coaching


In personal coaching, we develop and implement targeted exercises and training strategies to effectively improve your running technique and increase your performance.

FAQ

1. Do I need a doctor's prescription?

No.

With running analytics, we specifically target you as a runner to support you in developing your personal running style.

2. Will my health insurance cover part of the costs?

Quite possible.

If you have supplemental insurance, you may be able to have our running coaching covered by your health insurance provider. Just ask us directly, and we'll work with you to find out.

3. How do I make an appointment?



Book your first appointment for a running analysis conveniently online, by email or by phone.

After the initial appointment, your running coach will arrange all further appointments with you personally.

For a refresher course, please contact us personally.

4. What do I need for the running analysis?

Just bring your favorite running shoes, as well as a black running shirt and black pants so that we can easily recognize you in the analysis video.

5. What happens if I'm completely sweaty?

No problem.

You can use our showers in the training center at any time to freshen up.

6. Is GYM medico right for me?

Yes, ready.
